PCB Assembly
DDZ Technologies specializes in automated PCB assembly of small to large volume runs. No matter the complexity of board assembly we have the knowledge and equipment to satisfy all customer assembly needs.
Our facility consists of four independent SMD production lines.

Firstly a line specifically geared for small volume, quick turnaround production.

Secondly a line geared for any medium volume, high complexity assemblies.

Finally two high volume lines with a combined placement capacity of up to 170K components per hour.
The above production lines are complimented by in-line and off-line optical inspection equipment.
Through hole component assemblies are done either conventionally or through our Wave solder equipment.
Sourcing & Procuring of Components
Rest assured, all sourcing and procurement of components for your products can be done by DDZ Technologies procurement specialists.
Over the years we've developed good long standing relationships with all the main component suppliers and can therefore offer competitive pricing and lead times on all original manufacturer components from authorized distributors.

Established in 2004, the aim of DDZ Technologies was to provide assembly services on a small to medium scale, concentrating on prototype to small production runs. However, the company has grown into a full-scale Turnkey electronics manufacturer, offering all relevant services, and are able to handle any volumes and complexity of assemblies.

DDZ's New Home - 2020
Within the 3 years that DDZ Technologies (PTY) Ltd made their move to their then new premises, they have outgrown it once again, and made the call to move to a new 1300m2 building, more than double their previous space. They are now located at 95 Park Avenue, Unit 1, Highway Business Park, Centurion.
